More than a month passed to brutal Delhi gangrape, several incidents of rape and molestation flooded across nation in past 30 days and even when Justice Verma Committee submitting it's report as reforms to curb sexual offences against women, two little girls of age 3 and 5 respectively facing such feral act in outskirts of Mumbai. The latter one died of similar consequence as 16 Dec victim while 3 year old still in hospital. Does there's anything our nation possess which could stop an Indian male from raping another Indian female ...?
