It's an important book for every single PR Expert or Student. And must for socially
active men and women in virtual world. This has so many lessons equipped with examples to teach. Someday, I start reading it again and read it quite deeply.

As there're many takeaway, do's and don't and handy tips. But mostly for companies and CEOs. I just come across goofup done by Tesla CEO Elon Musk as I consider him one of Earth's most learned man.

Short summary - Even a relatively small and embarrassing incident can become a huge crisis if it gets turned into a popular social-media story. Don’t let this happen to your company. By employing effective and sincere communication, any company can prevent a PR disaster from destroying years of hard work.

Actionable advice:

Create a corporate blog.

When faced with an embarrassing story on social media, it will be extremely useful for your company to have its own blog. That way, you can give a detailed account of events, supporting and illustrating your case with numbers or video footage. This provides room for the information you need to convey but can’t fit into a 140-character tweet.
